1 Definitions and Applicability

In this document, "takabet", "platform", or "service" refers to the takabetcasino.cam website and all gaming, betting, and financial activities operated under it. "User", "member", or "you" refers to any person registered on the platform.

These terms apply equally to all members located in Bangladesh who use the takabet platform. By browsing the website, opening an account, or taking part in any game or bet, you are considered to have agreed to comply with these terms.

These terms and conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any ambiguity in interpretation, the Bengali version will take precedence.

2 Account Registration and Use

2.1 Registration Process

To open an account with takabet, you must provide accurate and complete information — full name, date of birth, a valid mobile number, and an email address. The platform reserves the right to permanently close an account registered with false or incomplete information.

2.2 One Account Only

Each person may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts in the same person's name or from the same device is strictly prohibited. If this rule is breached, all accounts may be cancelled and the associated balances forfeited.

2.3 Account Security

Keeping your password and login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the takabet support team immediately.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure a secure service, takabet may at any time request a national identity card, passport, or other government-approved document for identity verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

3 Age and Eligibility Requirements

The minimum age to participate on the takabet platform is 21 years. If a user is found to be under 21 upon verification, the account will be closed immediately; deposited funds will be returned, but any winnings will be considered void.

Protecting minors from gaming is a priority for takabet. Parents and guardians are requested to ensure that underage members of their household cannot access this platform.

Whether persons outside Bangladesh may use the platform depends on the laws of their own country. Members are themselves responsible for confirming that participation in such activities is lawful in their country.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at takabet is ৳500. Accepted methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other commercial banks). Transaction confirmation is required before the amount is reflected in the account.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals can be made through the same methods used for deposits — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes.

4.3 Transaction Integrity

Withdrawals must generally be made to the same mobile banking number or bank account used for the deposit. Payment to third-party accounts is not possible and such requests will be declined.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus — giving a balance of ৳2,000 — and to withdraw the bonus, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 must be placed.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may be claimed only once — the same person cannot claim a bonus through multiple accounts.
• If a withdrawal is made while a bonus is active, the bonus and any winnings earned from it will be cancelled.
• Each promotion has a specific time limit — the wagering requirement must be met within that period.
• takabet reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion.
• Bonus funds can never be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated after wagering is complete may be withdrawn.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Valid Bets

A bet is considered valid only when the platform confirms it and the user's account holds sufficient balance. takabet will not be responsible for bets that are not confirmed due to network issues or technical errors.

6.2 Odds Changes

Odds may change up until an event begins. The odds at which a bet was accepted will apply. In live betting, odds change rapidly — the odds displayed at the time of confirmation are final.

6.3 Cancelled Events

If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets on that event are generally voided and the stake is returned. In multi-bets, a cancelled selection will be counted at odds of 1.00.

6.4 Incorrect Odds and Technical Errors

takabet reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds or any outcome arising from a technical error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned.

7 Account Closure and Suspension

7.1 Closure at User's Request

An account can be closed at any time by notifying the support team. Any eligible balance should be withdrawn before closure, as processing any remaining balance may take additional time after the account is closed.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by the Platform

takabet may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Breaching any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Registering with false information or avoiding identity verification.
• Abusing bonuses or engaging in fraudulent activity.
• Operating more than one account.
• Attempting to influence outcomes by colluding with other users.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for 12 months or more, the account may be marked as inactive. Contact the support team to reactivate it.

8 Responsible Gaming

takabet believes that gaming is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We encourage our members to develop healthy and controlled gaming habits.
